The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, reconciling, and reporting on revenue to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with contractual agreements. You will provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions and drive operational efficiency within the business.Responsibilities include:Performing detailed revenue analysis and allocations in line with contracts and internal policies.Preparing and reviewing reconciliations of revenue accounts and funds.Monitoring revenue flows, identifying variances and trends, and preparing monthly performance analyses.Reviewing and interpreting advisor contracts and fee-sharing agreements for compliance.Assisting with the preparation of month-end financial reports and variance analyses.Supporting process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the commissions function.Presenting data insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience:BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management (essential).35 years experience in a corporate finance or revenue analysis role, preferably within the financial services industry.Strong financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting experience.Knowledge of investments, bonds, or related products will be advantageous.Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.).Key Competencies:Strong analytical and numerical ability with excellent attention to detail.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.A team player committed to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.For more exciting (Finance/ Enginee ring/ IT / Supply Chain / Commercial & C-Suite) vacancies, please visit:
