Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and coordinate inbound travel itineraries for Southern African destinations.
Leverage your strong supplier relationships to secure competitive rates and ensure service excellence.
Apply your in-depth knowledge of destinations across borders, ensuring clients receive authentic, well-planned travel experiences.
Use Tourplan/NX systems to manage bookings and logistics with accuracy and efficiency.
Deliver outstanding service while meeting strict deadlines with a sense of urgency.
Collaborate with a passionate team, contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence.
Imperative Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you must bring:
5+ years’ experience within inbound travel to Southern Africa.
Exceptional destination knowledge of Southern Africa.
A wide variety of product knowledge across borders.
Strong supplier relationship management.
A natural inquisitive nature combined with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and urgency.
Tourplan/NX experience (essential).
Additional Bonus Skills
Fluency in an additional foreign language.
A genuine eagerness to explore and grow in the travel industry.
Salary
Competitive salary package: R15,000 – R30,000 per month CTC, depending on experience.
Type of Contract
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tyger Valley, Cape Town, with the benefit of working remotely on Fridays.
