We are recruiting for a Retail Media Sales Manager to lead and execute the retail media strategy for our client, a thriving collaborative and fast-paced environment.Experience/Skills Required:5+ years of experience in retail media or related fieldA passion for new business developmentAbility to think strategically and drive resultsExcellent communication skillsIntermediate proficiency in data analysis and reportingIntermediate understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce channelsNegotiation and sales ability and experienceQualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldScope of Work:Establish relationships with key media partners and negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and ROICreate commercial opportunities with businesses and external parties, to leverage the company’s existing resourcesDevelop and implement a retail media strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goalsAnalyse performance data and consumer insights to optimize media campaigns and drive resultsCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of retail media effortsStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail media and make recommendations for improvements and innovationsMonitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and effectiveness of retail media initiativesStay informed on competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
