We work closely with media agencies and advertisers to ensure campaigns deliver impact and value.Who are we looking forWe are seeking a Digital Media Sales Executive with 4–6 years of experience in digital, retail, or programmatic media sales, ideally agency-facing. You have a proven track record in selling digital advertising solutions (display, video, mobile, social) and a strong network within media agencies. You understand performance metrics, data targeting, and can consistently achieve sales targets. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent relationship-building skills are essential.What will you doRepresent our retail media offering to media agencies and clients, positioning us as a trusted partner.Build and grow relationships with media agencies and digital planners, identifying new campaign opportunities.Lead sales presentations, media education sessions, and networking events to increase adoption of our solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven proposals and ensure accurate, timely campaign delivery.Provide insights and performance reporting to agencies, driving campaign renewals and growth.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, managing pipelines and forecasts effectively.Stay informed on retail media, programmatic advertising, and shopper marketing trends, contributing ideas for new products and solutions.What do you needBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).4–6 years’ experience in digital media, retail media, or programmatic sales.Proven success in agency-facing digital advertising sales.Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems, performance metrics, and campaign data analysis.Excellent commercial acumen, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to build strategic relationships and work collaboratively across teams.Resilience, adaptability
