Role: Training Venue CoordinatorLocation: Hermanus, Overstrand, Western CapeSalary: TBC What youll do:Coordinate all logistics for international training groups, including accommodation, catering, and cleaning.Manage day-to-day operations of the training venue.Oversee caterers and service providers, ensuring standards and delivery expectations are met.Handle stock control, purchases, and supplier sourcing for each training block.Act as the main point of contact for all operational needs during training events.Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for trainees and guests.Working Hours:During training blocks: Availability required 24/7Outside of training blocks: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00.Requirements:Previous experience in guesthouse management, event coordination, or restaurant/hospitality management preferred.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and people management abilities.Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing needs.Valid drivers license and own transport advantageous.
