Minimum requirements:
General Management:
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure a steady supply of eggs.
  • Direct and coordinate hatchery activities, including hatching and sorting.
  • Prepare hatching schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
  • Maintain all relevant hatchery records and arrange for necessary supplies.
  • Prepare regular reports on hatchery activities.
  • Assign tasks to workers and monitor equipment for proper functioning.
  • Ensure hatchery hygiene and compliance with regulations.
People Management:
  • Develop the competencies of subordinates through training.
  • Manage the performance and disciplinary actions of the team.
  • Ensure efficient human resources administration.
Performance Dimensions:
  • Provide strong leadership and effective communication.
  • Exhibit excellent planning and organizational skills.
