Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Com Business Management or Business-related tertiary qualification
  • 5+ years managerial experience in the fast food / restaurant industry
  • Valid drivers as travel is required
  • Good communication skills in English and MS Office literate
  • Good financial acumen and staff management experience
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and develop restaurants and ensure staffing levels are determined
  • Recommend / implement action plans
  • Formulate and implement Area Bench Plan
  • Ensure reporting and control compliance
  • Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of complaints
  • Ensure internal security is at maximum level
  • Evaluate performance of management and oversee training and designated certification
  • Implement company programs
  • Maximize sales and profit
  • Direct restaurant operations and recommend wage and salary increases
  • Ensure recognition programs are in place and ensure employee relation compliance
  • Oversee training, personal development and induction
  • Holding regular area meetings
  • Set and ensure achievement of clear restaurant goals
  • Manage controllable and variable expenses
  • Period business reviews
  • Ensure marketing plan is in place and executed
  • Conduct regular coaching visits to restaurants
