Sales & Stock Administrator
Location: Silverton
Salary: R12 000 – R15 000 per month (depending on experience)
Start Date: Mid-January
NB MUST BE READILY AVAILABLE
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sales support and administration to ensure smooth business operations
Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timeously
Maintain and manage stock control, ensuring accurate inventory levels and stock reconciliations
Handle client communication, including queries, orders, and complaints, in a professional and efficient manner
Assist with sales follow-ups, tracking leads, and maintaining client relationships
Prepare sales reports and performance summaries using Excel
Contribute to sales targets through upselling and proactive customer engagement
Support marketing efforts, including basic social media marketing and content posting
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong sales and stock management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Numerical and analytical ability
• Proficient in Excel and reporting
• Effective communication and customer service
• Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
