Horticulture/ Floral /Agri Sales Consultant
Location: Silverton, Pretoria
Salary: R 20 000 – R 25 000 + Benefits
Starting Date: Februay 2026
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships (existing and new)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the horticultural, floral, agri sectors
Prepare and present accurate sales reports
Work closely with internal departments to ensure operational and service continuity
Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, floral branding, and product promotions
Represent the company at client visits, trade shows, expos, and industry events
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years proven sales experience in agriculture, horticulture, or the floral industry (or a related technical field)
Strong new business development and client retention background
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
Valid driver’s licence and confident driving skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting / CRM software
Exposure to social media marketing, floral branding, and promotional initiatives
Technically minded with a practical understanding of agricultural, horticultural, or floral products and processes
 Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Versatile, hands-on, and willing to assist in other operational areas when required
Preferably a non-smoker
Experienced in stock control, inventory accuracy, and stock taking
