Sales Coordinator – Own Vehicle Essential Location: Silverton, Pretoria Salary: R15 000 to R 18 000 per month (depending on experience) Start Date: Mid-January Excellent and proven Sales track record. No job -hoppers Must reside in Pretoria and currently available for trials. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily sales activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and timeously • Assist clients with product information, pricing, queries, and order follow-ups • Lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships • Conduct actual sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals • Source new business through prospecting, cold calling, and engaging potential clients • Manage and maintain stock levels, including monitoring inventory, identifying shortages, and updating stock records • Perform regular stock reconciliations and assist with basic stock forecasting • Prepare and update sales and stock reports using Excel • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction • Assist with basic marketing functions such as social media updates and product postings Skills & Competencies: • Strong sales and stock management skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Numerical and analytical ability • Proficient in Excel and reporting • Effective communication and customer service skills • Highly organised, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to multitask • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-centred mind-set
