Job & Company Description:Im looking for Help Desk Technicians who can provide first-line and second-line support across hardware, software, and network environments.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support to end-users.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Assist with Microsoft 365 support.Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems.Support printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.Perform basic network troubleshooting (WiFi, LAN, DNS, DHCP).Job Experience and Skills Required:Education:Relevant IT Diploma, Certificate, or A+ / N+ / CompTIA Qualifications.Experience:2+ years experience in an IT Support / Help Desk / Service Desk role.Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS and Microsoft 365.Experience with Active Directory.Familiarity with ticketing systems (JIRA, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.).Experience with networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.Experience supporting hardware (laptops, desktops, printers).Apply now
