Fiduciary Specialist | Stellenbosch

Key Responsibilities:
- Trusts Management: Provide expert advice on establishing new trusts and ensure compliance with all legal and administrative requirements in collaboration with Fiduciary Administrators.
- Client Relationships: Manage and maintain relationships with fiduciary clients, offering professional guidance tailored to their needs.
- Wills & Estate Planning: Advise on and draft comprehensive wills while also acting as an executor in client estates, with support from the estate administration team.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: An LLB degree or a relevant academic qualification is essential; a tax qualification is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the fiduciary industry.
- Professional Designation: FPSA certification or equivalent knowledge and experience to achieve this designation is highly advantageous.
- Additional Skills: Experience in company administration will be beneficial.
