Their culture is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and built around relationships, creativity, and results ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, target-driven environment.The Role: Travel and Tourism SalespersonThis is a client-facing sales role focused on driving revenue through advertising and media partnerships within the travel and tourism industry. You'll identify and secure new business, grow existing accounts, and act as a brand ambassador at key trade shows and networking events. Your goal is to connect travel brands with audiences that matter, while helping clients achieve their marketing objectives through effective media solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sectorManage and grow relationships with existing key accountsSell advertising space and digital marketing solutions across multiple media platformsConduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with confidenceRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functionsStay up to date on travel and tourism trends to offer relevant client insightsConsistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targetsAbout You3-5 years experience in travel or tourism (airline, tour operator, hotel, or wholesaler background advantageous)Proven success in advertising, media, or B2B salesExperience in business development or key account managementPrevious travel agent experience beneficialHighly self-motivated, confident, and target-drivenExcellent communication, presentation, and networking skillsComfortable with prospecting and cold callingOwn vehicle and valid drivers licence (non-negotiable)Energetic, professional, and passionate about travel and achieving results
