Overview Our client is a business-to-business publishing house based in Johannesburg and is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Advertising Sales Executive who knows the travel and tourism industry, thrives on networking, and can generate new business. Responsibilities Business development: Acquire new advertising clients within the travel and tourism sector by identifying opportunities and presenting compelling proposals. Brand promotion: Represent Now Media at travel and tourism industry events, promote advertising solutions, and support marketing initiatives. Client management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel and tourism suppliers, agencies, and other key stakeholders. Sales operations: Manage proposals, contracts, payments, and CRM updates with accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications Educational requirements: Matric. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly beneficial. Experience and skills required: Travel or tourism industry background Advertising sales experience is an advantage KAM (Key Account Management) experience preferred, with the ability to convert account management skills into new business generation Experience with wholesalers (airlines, tour operators, hotels, etc.) preferred Previous travel agent experience will be ideal Dynamic personality, strong presence, loves networking, and motivated to write their own paycheck Driver's license and own reliable vehicle Application TO APPLY FOR THE POSITION, PLEASE FOLLOW THE LINK BELOW.
