- Core Business Objectives The Signet Lifestyle Desk Head will report to the eBucks CEO and will be responsible for coordination of the daily activities of the Signet Lifestyle Travel team, be a conduit for Relationship Management between the Signet Lifestyle Travel team and the UHNW Private Banking Team as well and UHNW customers. To ensure excellent service delivery and manage customer and Banker relationships and interactions. Duties will include the following, among others:

- Establish, align and manage target and budget goals for the Business Unit, whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.
- Achievement of net profit growth for Business.
- Manage Cost to Income to increase profitability and efficiencies.
- Develop and implement differentiated service models for High Value and High Volume client focus.
- Pro-actively and extensively network internally and externally to create new business opportunities for the bank.
- Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
- Sales planning: Analyse internal and external data sources to identify opportunities, group and rank clients and leads in terms of attractiveness to grow our market share in Tourism through tailored offerings.
- Maintain and retain current clients in the Tourism portfolio through cross sell and appropriate value propositions.
- Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions. Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Ensure constant distribution of all relevant information on a macro overview to all FNB's stakeholders via the Intranet through Tourism Team
- Manage the Tourism Specialists to source, analyse / validate & to enhance management information & subsequently produce reports and presentations on the relevant area and source information via the internet and any other applicable sources to enhance FNB's intellectual capital on the specified areas in the tourism industry.
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
- Execute the Business Unit people strategy that nurtures talent and embraces the values, culture and philosophy of entrepreneurship, accountability and innovation in order to meet current and future business needs.
- Hold direct reports accountable for the implementation of Leadership Strategy that drive behaviour towards high performance.
