Branch Administrator Cape Town Responsibilities
  • Assist branch manager on with day to day running of the branch
  • Internal sales
  • Draughting for Cape Town branch
  • Assisting Sales Team with quotes admin and technical liaison
  • Manage stationery and other office supplies and keep an inventory of the stock
  • Assist with branch marketing, working closely with the Head Office marketing team
  • Assist with branch debtors queries and work with the head office Finance team to resolve queries
  • Work with the Operations team at head office to coordinate tasks
  • Manage the weekly time sheets, the driver log books
  • Assist with admin tasks associated with branch deliveries
  • Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, general branch admin work
  • Maintain high levels of Customer Service
  • Assist with cycle counts in warehouse
  • Office house keeping
  • Answer inbound calls
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Control the access to the office and warehouse

Branch Administrator - Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience
  • Should have matric and a diploma is preferred
  • Draughting Experience (AutoCAD and/or Inventor)
  • Must be customer focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and admin skills
  • Marketing experience will be advantageous
  • Must be a team player
  • Proficient in MS Office packages
