Our client is a market leader in the FMCG sector, with a strong footprint across South Africa and a growing presence in the region. The business has built its reputation on quality, agility, and continuous improvement and is now seeking a Group Financial Manager who will provide robust financial leadership and contribute to the groups next phase of growth.In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end group finance function, ensuring accurate consolidated reporting, strong financial controls, and actionable insights that inform executive decisions. Youll work closely with the CFO, divisional heads, and operational leaders to drive financial performance, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives across multiple entities.This role is ideal for a CA(SA) who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced FMCG environment and is passionate about making a tangible commercial impact.Key Responsibilities:Oversee group consolidations, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Drive financial process improvement, automation, and system efficiency across the group.Ensure strong governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks are maintained.Partner with business units to analyse performance, support decision-making, and manage working capital effectively.Job Experience and Skills Required:CA(SA) qualification essential.Minimum of 68 years post-articles experience, ideally within the FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution environment.Proven experience in group consolidations, reporting, and leadership of finance teams.Strong technical IFRS knowledge with commercial business partnering capability.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.A proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Apply nowFor more exciting Finance
