Group Financial Director

R 2 million negotiable + benefits

Johannesburg

The Group Financial Director will be responsible for:

- Heading up group financial affairs
- Manage audit process
- Handle tax affairs
- Deal with collection of debtors
- Handle relationships with bankers
- Manager group cash flow and liquidity
- Report financial results on a monthly basis to EXCO and Exec committee
- Cash flow forecasting
- Manage group shared services function (finance, payroll, legal and logistics)
You will need:

- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Group FD of a medium to large business (R500m annual turnover or more) - prior experience is essential
- CA (SA) qualification is essential
- Analytical with good communications skills
