Half dayTemp Receptionist position available for a company based in Mondague Gardens

Job Overview:

This half day receptionist position is for a hard working individual who can work well under pressure and in a fast pace working environment.

They will need to be able to learn quickly and be helpful in nature.

Reports To:
The Receptionist will report to Directors

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • They will need to manage incoming phone calls
  • Taking messages & getting back to specific clients when required
  • They will need to assist with basic admin functions where and when required:
  • Scanning
  • Downloading POD's from relevant suppliers
  • Processing Pre-prints

Working hours and Employable Time period:

  • 8:00am - 13:00pm
  • 1 September December 2018

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Matric certification
  • Receptionist Experience (at least 1year)
  • Fluent in English
  • Well spoken
  • Friendly and Hard working
