The GTM Solutions Specialists are involved in crafting solution designs, configurations, and addressing escalated issues concerning solutions and services in client settings. This role entails providing pre-sales assistance by identifying prospects and contributing to the design and configuration demands for client proposals. Individuals work towards achieving an expert-level certification while expanding their business acumen.

Your Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Develop complex managed service solutions to fulfill client needs by intertwining technology and service design across various domains
  • Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and upkeep of company products.
  • Shape the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE offering, collaborating with the platform delivery team.
  • Evaluate and confirm new design features and delivery models or propose enhancements to existing service offerings taken to market
  • Oversee the service design outcomes of the solution, collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure supportability.
  • Facilitate validation procedures by securing approval from technical, service, and costing stakeholders.
  • Design solutions for the client that are both commercially competitive and risk-mitigating.
  • Analyze the client's requirements against the proposed service elements and architectures and oversee the end-to-end solution development
  • Implement a consulting strategy resulting in consolidated requirements and scope definitions, transition documents, and costing based on transformation needs
  • Collaborate with sales teams to present architecture solutions to clients focusing on cost savings and growth opportunities
  • Share client outcomes and market insights with stakeholders to drive strategic evolution and innovative solutions
  • Mentor and serve as an advisor in service design scenarios
  • Facilitate commercial model discussions with clients
  • Identify all service costs accurately to ensure full visibility over the service delivery period
  • Assist in vendor management and ensure a smooth transition to service delivery teams

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Characteristics:

  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement service and delivery models, including cloud and global delivery models
  • Experience working on costing models in collaboration with sales and finance teams
  • Proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure
  • Ability to articulate potential improvements and solution value to stakeholders at all levels
  • Team player with a contribution mindset and ability to excel in a matrixed environment
  • Updated on technological advancements, Managed Services Integration, Application Development, Cloud platforms, Data Analytics, and more
  • Analytical skills and aptitude for data analysis

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or higher with consulting experience
  • Certified in ITIL, Service Management and Integration, Automation, AI, and Analytics
  • Scaled Agile certification or equivalent
  • Desirable: AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials Training, MS Azure Fundamentals Training or equivalent

Required Experience:

  • Proven track record in designing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for large enterprises
  • Demonstrated ability in structuring profitable contracts
  • Seasoned experience in global delivery and multinational industries

Advantageous Experience (nice-to-have):

  • Power Platform knowledge
  • SharePoint Integration experience
