Key Deliverables
Pre-sales Architecture

  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Service Delivery teams to design solutions and architectures that align with customers business requirements.
  • Conceptualise and design technical solutions required to address customer requirements and recommend solutions which balance business returns and value to clients.
  • Contribute to the development, review and analysis of the IoT Products and Services roadmaps to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Lead the development and delivery of customised Use-Case demonstrations and Proof of Concept initiatives.
  • Own the technical relationship with customers and provide prescriptive guidance on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency and bestpractice architectures.
  • Design IoT productspecific presales architecture within approved operational limits, as per product specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, explaining and expounding on IoT
  • Product and Services offerings, to existing as well as prospective clients.
  • Lead the overall technical design and build of the custom elements of the solution to meet client business requirements.
  • Provide presales technical support and expertise in response to client requirements, by examining client infrastructure, architecture, system capabilities and business challenges.
  • Own the proposed IoT solution and transition the implementation to the Delivery team.
  • Work with IoT Products and Alliances teams to leverage partnerships for complex solutions that may be outside of clients expertise.
  • Provide solution training to the internal commercial team, customers, partners, and resellers to transfer IoT product knowledge.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and resellers as a trusted technology advisor

Education:

  • Minimum of 3year diploma preferably in an ICT discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a business solutions presales environment,
- servicing clients.

  • Deep understanding of Telemetry, Internet of Things (IoT) or Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
  • Experience engaging with and providing Telecom solutions to senior stakeholders within large
- enterprise client accounts.

  • Experience working in a medium sized organisation
