You will ensure that all marketing materials are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget, optimizing their resources and coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.

  • Coordinate resources and manage backlogs to ensure timely delivery of projects.

  • Work closely with creative, digital, and marketing teams to prioritize tasks and allocate the appropriate resources.

  • Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

  • Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the project workflow.

  • Implement and manage workflow systems and processes to enhance efficiencies.

  • Manage communication between project members, ensuring all parties receive timely and accurate updates.

  • Oversee quality control of all projects before they are delivered to the client.
