**Traffic Coordinator**

**OVERVIEW**

As the Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of the entire printing traffic cycle between the Sales/Sales Admin, DTP and Printing business units, as well as third-party printers. Your success will see you flourishing as the main liaison between all relevant parties to ensure the successful booking in, approving and printing of artwork.

Your role will also include the financial management of all ZaPrint invoices and quotes for third party and internal jobs.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

Throughout every printing campaign’s journey, you’ll be responsible for:

- Ensuring all campaigns scheduled are booked in for printing.
- Chasing artwork and final artwork approvals for all upcoming campaigns.
- Co-ordinating all outsourced campaigns.
- Keeping Production and Warehouse sheetsupdated.
- Providing weekly printed media images to the Admin Team
- Keeping all filing up to date.
- Attending weekly Printing Meetings.
- Attending MDT2 Update Meetings

For each week’s financials, you’ll be responsible for:

- Compiling costing on QuickEasy.
- Requesting quotes from outsourced third-parties.
- Submitting ZaPrint invoicing to the Finance Department.
- Sending supplier payments for approval and payment.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**

To be considered for this position, these are the skills we’re looking for:

- Matric/Grade 12.
- At least 2 years’ administration experience in a role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
- A marketing-related qualification would be advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.

**Job Type**: Temporary
