As part of shaping our robust Talent pipeline a vacancy exists in the Technology department for a Business Analyst.

Job Duties:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate JAD sessions
  • Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Implement change management processes to drive business improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • Industrial Engineering Degree or related field
  • Proficiency in Dynamics NAV and Advanced Excel
Experience:
  • Prior experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience in project management
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of change management principles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis
  • Experience in the IT and FMCG industries
Working Conditions:

This position is based in the City of Cape Town, with occasional travel to other locations as required. The role involves working full-time hours in a dynamic IT and Internet environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
