Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess legislative, regulatory, and compliance risks affecting business units and corporate services
  • Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and internal policies, providing clear advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders
  • Implement and manage compliance programs, including anti-bribery and corruption initiatives
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments, identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions

  • Coordinate with legal and corporate services to manage compliance issues and mitigate risks
