Job Duties:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent internally
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the internal talent needs of the organisation
  • Conduct internal talent assessments and identify skill gaps
  • Create and maintain internal talent pipelines for various roles
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on career development opportunities within the organisation

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
