  • Receipt and inspection of new vehicles from carriers and dealers
  • Update stock records ensuring accuracy for sales team
  • Conduct regular stock and key takes
  • Ensure compliance with the company and industry standards
  • Stock Floorplan management (incudes consolidating accounts, reconciling between general ledger and statement)
  • Ensure stock is correct on the floorplan
  • Key management
  • Create PDI, sublet orders
  • Timeous follow through on outstanding orders
  • Process invoices
  • Ensure all costs are processed before invoicing
  • Maintain accurate deal files
  • Filing
  • Liaise with dealer network regarding stock (retail and purchasing)
  • Vehicle debtors and allocation
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Min of 2 3 years Vehicle stock book and administration roles within a franchise dealership
  • Work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • PC literate with MS Office Suite experience
  • Kerridge experience is a MUST
