Job Responsibilities:
- Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures.
- Liaise with service department
- Return defective parts to manufacturer as required
- Liaising with customers in regards to claims
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
- Costing / Invoicing
- General administration of day to day invoices
Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years Warranty claims experience within a Franchise Motor Dealership
- Literate on Evolve
- Attention to detail and strong admin
- Good customer care skills
