Inherent Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment environment
  • Proven track record as a group reporting project coordinator
  • Computer literate (MS Office) with Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment software
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines and commitments
  • Forward-thinking approach and attention to detail in task execution

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Recruitment Coordinator and Analyst you play an essential role in facilitating the recruitment process within our organization.
  • Your responsibilities encompass various administrative tasks, including project coordination, advanced Excel tasks, group / cluster consolidated reporting and data capturing.
  • Your meticulous attention to detail, organizational expertise, and ability to prioritize tasks will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of our recruitment efforts.
  • Assist with typing CVs, with a minimum requirement of 15 CVs per day.
  • Managing databases efficiently to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Prioritizing workload effectively to meet deadlines and requirements
  • Generating comprehensive reports to provide insights into recruitment activities
  • Conducting thorough reference and background checks of candidates
  • Assisting with general office management and administrative support
