Classic Luxury Tiles and Bathroom, a distinguished name in the building industry, is expanding its internal marketing team and is actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator.

This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Director in executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the entire group.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including social media content, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and update content on digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Social Media Management:

  • Support the development and execution of social media plans to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and analyze trends to inform strategy.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Manage logistics, promotional materials, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in analyzing data to derive actionable insights for strategic decisionmaking.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports, highlighting key metrics and offering recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with the Marketing Director and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficient in content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Highly skilled and strong understanding in paid media on Meta and Google
