As the Seamless Search Client Manager, you will be responsible for articulating the tool's value, supporting client success, and fostering internal team collaboration and knowledge.

About Seamless Search

Seamless Search is a machine learning driven platform to help clients maximise the incrementality of their search marketing across both paid & organic search. Seamless Search is an award winning and unique product created by Incubeta to help solve some of the age old questions of search on how to reduce cannibalization of SEO and drive maximum returns from search by looking at things holistically. Currently Seamless works with several high profile brands, but we have ambitions to truly scale the product and make it a product known by all around the search marketing industry.

Seamless Search Client Manager

As a Seamless Search Client Manager at Incubeta, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating and commercialising the value of Seamless Search to clients, you will be responsible for articulating the tool's value, supporting client success, and fostering internal team collaboration and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial

  • Demonstrate and commercialise the value of Seamless Search to clients, driving mutual growth for both Incubeta and our clients..
  • Clearly present the potential value and mechanisms of Seamless Search to clients.
  • Confidently answer questions from potential and current clients, enabling them to understand the tool's true value.
  • Support local sales teams with new business strategies, providing clear and relevant unique selling points (USPs).
  • Collaborate with local teams to create a comprehensive new business forecast for Seamless Search across all markets.
  • Develop high-quality, relevant sales and marketing content showcasing the purpose and value of Seamless Search.
  • Tailor pitches to potential clients, demonstrating how Seamless Search can support their objectives and solve challenges.
  • Regularly create compelling marketing content, adapting to industry changes.

Client Management

  • Manage Client Support through a workflow on Monday, ensuring timely and accurate responses within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Prioritise client questions and requests based on potential impact to search performance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for technical and commercial questions, leveraging deep knowledge of the search landscape and Seamless Search.
  • Bridge the gap between product owner, local markets and the developer team.
  • Equip and support local markets in driving Seamless Search strategies with clients.
  • Diagnose typical account issues via monitoring of Google platforms.
  • Advise In market teams on preferred setups for Seamless Search and review tailored client setups for viability.

Knowledge

  • Possess a deep understanding of how Seamless Search functions, acting as the source of product expertise for local market teams.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the search landscape, particularly Google Search, and understand the interplay with Seamless Search.
  • Understand the tool's limitations and work with clients and teams to find solutions.
  • Stay ahead of client needs by monitoring and analysing the latest trends in Search marketing, anticipating their potential impact to clients.
  • Utilise strong data visualisation skills via Looker Studio to illustrate the incremental value Seamless Search provides clients.
  • Have a basic understanding of Big Query and SQL to perform core tasks.
  • Create thought leadership content on search advertising to keep Seamless Search top of mind for clients.

Team Support

  • Maintain a solutions mindset and deep understanding of both the product, platform builds and drive projects forward without prompting, meeting deadlines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to support other members of the extended Seamless team.
  • Drive the upskilling of local teams' knowledge of Seamless Search to ensure scalability in our operations.
  • Collaborate with local sales/growth teams to drive commercial growth of Seamless Search.
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning new skills and staying ahead in the digital marketing field is crucial for success in this role.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in search engine marketing (SEM) or search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Proven track record in client management and commercialization of digital marketing products or services.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly in search marketing.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and familiarity with Big Query and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients.
  • Proficient in creating and managing marketing content, including sales and promotional materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team members in achieving goals.
  • Experience in driving search marketing strategies with clients, understanding challenges and suggesting solutions
