Pointline is a branding company with roots deep in the promotional and signage industries. We operate in four main areas namely design, clothing, gifts and signage.

We are looking for a jnr-mid graphic designer/DTP artist to join our small team of designers at our offices in Goodwood.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment, dealing with multiple projects at the same time.

If you are creative and have a technical mind with attention to detail - you are what we are looking for.

Your responsibilities will be to create designs and layouts for different projects. Liaising closely with sales representatives and clients. Reporting to the CEO.
This is a full-time, permanent role, starting as soon as possible.

Software:

Corel Draw (important)
Adobe Suite (mostly Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)

Roles and responsibilities:

Design and layout of branded products and signage briefs.
Design of stationary and brochures.
Understanding brief requirements and ideas.
Visualising, designing and developing engaging designs from concept to final deliverables for print and digital assets.
Pitching creative concepts.
Using feedback from other designers to improve your skill set.
Providing production-ready designs for production departments and suppliers.

Requirements:

Graphic design qualification.
Up to 2-3 years of working experience as a graphic designer in the promo/print industry.
Ability to work well within a team and independently to get the job done.
Time management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
