Our offices are in Linden, Johannesburg. Staff are expected to work
on-site.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Administrative related fields as minimum.

Roles and responsibilities of this post include:


  • Central coordination
    Attend to and /or allocate and train a staff member for reception duties
:

  • Keep records and reports up to date
  • Help maintain the budget plan
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events
  • Order, and manage office supplies such as groceries, stationery and refreshments.
  • Ensure that IT systems [hardware and software] is up to date and operational.
  • Liaise with service providers such as the internal IT consultant, caterers, etc
  • Compile a weekly tender opportunity list for our company and its two subsidiaries.
  • Attend to company signage and brand collateral usage consistency.
  • Compile and distribute accurate and timely minutes and reports for projects and EXCO.
  • Manage an online internal document management system.
  • Project Support Support project lead with project implementation when allocated.
  • Support the CEO with administration duties.
  • Manage a central database.
  • Training
    Work with external/ internal consultants to develop staff induction manuals
:

  • Conduct staff inductions and orientation for all new staff members.
  • Identify training needs of staff members in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager.
  • Organise weekly and monthly training sessions for all staff members with HR Manager.
  • Ensure that all staff members are onboarded and trained in the use of, but not limited to the following online systems: Sharepoint and teams
  • Palladium, LSM and graduate support systems
  • Excel and powerpoint
  • Change management
    Ensure that all new decisions are implemented, tracked and reported on:
  • Work with change managers and consultants to implement and manage organisational change.

Salary:

R12, R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
