What you'll be doing day-to-day
We are looking for a professional Operations Specialist to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations and logistics. The Operations Specialist role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization.

The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance and procuring material and resources.

You should be ready to share improvement ideas with your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Examples of areas you will be working on are:

  • E-Commerce Optimisation & Operational Management_
  • Improve our eCommerce offering with catalogue and merchandising ideas
