**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and cash books
* Process and reconcile payments, including remittance advice and supplier reconciliations
* Maintain and update Sage Online, ensuring all suppliers are captured and paid accurately and timeously
* Prepare and submit financial reports, including monthly supplier reconciliations and creditor age analysis
* Provide excellent customer service to suppliers and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions and reporting

**Requirements:**

* Grade 12 and a diploma in accounting
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or related industry
* Strong knowledge of MS Office Package and Sage Online, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and staff
* A passion for numbers and accounting, with a desire to learn and grow in the role
