Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring all work is performed to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed construction plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain all constructionrelated documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, with a strong track record of successfully managing construction projects
  • Indepth knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
