Core Description
To direct the administrative support functions for an office or department by implementing policies and procedures for production of documents, workflow, filing, ordering of supplies, records maintenance, and other clerical Sales functions.
Interacts with Customers, Sales teams, Technical teams, IT & Credit vetting teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Manage and track quotes of actual client orders Upload and maintain the accuracy of contract information Manage and track Won Not Billed opportunities and orders Monitor order tracking through Sales co-ordination Assist in Sales forecasting for the business across all vendors, monthly and on an ad-hoc basis Prepare Sales tracker reports on a weekly basisIdentify Sales opportunities for providing products and services to clients Core Functional Skills & Knowledge
