We are a multifaceted Property Maintenance business based in London UK. We are looking for a full-time _
Property Maintenance Scheduler_
to work UK hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. This role is a Remote position.

Summary of the role:

  • Manage maintenance engineer's and subcontractors diaries
  • Upload and Schedule incoming work orders and quote requests on company CRM
  • Plan and schedule the jobs and quote requests, including route planning (London maps)
  • Order building construction materials for engineers
  • Submit invoices for payment
  • Update daily tracker spreadsheets and inhouse company CRM
  • Communicate with a wide variety of clients, from domestic to commercial and be an ambassador for the business


The role will specifically require you to follow a process and structure on our management software (CRM) system to ensure the scheduling of the jobs is completed accurately and efficiently.

_Training will be provided on how to use the software system, however experience in using CRM software is mandatory._


You will report to the Operations Manager and there will be daily/weekly team meetings focusing on the different aspects of the business to update the senior management team.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Scheduling new work orders and ordering materials for our engineers.
  • Reporting to Line Manager on a daily basis

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Experience with planning/scheduling or a property management background.
  • Basic knowledge of Building Construction and Maintenance.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and professional manner.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate level in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Access to a mobile phone, willing to use for work purposes (wifi only)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and meet deadlines.
  • As this is a completely remote position, you will be required to have a reliable home working space, with a PC/Laptop, sufficient speed internet connection and power backup.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Initial 15-minute pre-screening
  • Main Interview with Two competency based exercises

R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
