Job title - Administration and Company Secretarial
Managing the registration and Administration of Multiple Companies, all related changes therein and upkeep of the company records in terms of the applicable country's Companies Acts.
Duties and responsibilities
Ø
COMPANIES:
- Incorporation of companies (local and foreign)
- Maintenance of Companies Legal Files
- Set up bank accounts
- Appointment of auditors
- Vat and tax registrations
- Director's appointments/resignations
- Auditor and Registered Office changes
- Changes to authorized share capital and issued capital
- Company Financial Yearend date changes
- Amendments to Memorandum of Incorporation: including change of name, main business, etc.
- Compiling of all Companies Resolutions /Minutes
- Maintaining Company Register and Minute Book (Manual/Electronic)
- Maintenance of statutory files
All Companies
- Annual Returns
- Appointment/Resignation of Public Officer etc.
- KYC documentation for banks
- Rental lease agreements and addendums
- Company structure organograms
- Maintaining detail group schedules of all companies
- Responsible for FICA requirements
- Arranging of company stamps
- Company Liaison with all relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
3 years Company Registration/Compliance experience
- Local and Foreign
Intermediate to Advanced Power point
Relevant qualification
French will be an advantage
Skills:

Salary:
R1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
