Our Company based in Epping is looking to employ a responsible PA Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support in an organized and timely manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Any instructions given by CEO, COO and General Manager
- Research
**Requirements and skills**:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office is essential
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- PA Diploma would be advantageous
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Epping, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
- Personal Assistant: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
