Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation, organization, and maintenance of documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Support the procurement process by processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and initiating reorder requests.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ensure compliance to SHEQ policies and procedures
  • Arrange and participate in departmental meetings, projects, and tea, activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience (2 or more years) as an administrative clerk preferably from a Production planning background
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel) intermediate to advanced skilled
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
