Code 10 Drive to be based in
Umhlanga.

Salary:
R 9 000 per month.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Code 10
  • Must have a valid Hazchem license
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of dispatch material handling
  • Knowledge of batteries (Advantageous)

Responsibilities:

  • You will be liable for any speeding fines and/or any other law infringements
  • Responsible for ensuring that vehicles are never overloaded
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ensure that vehicles are Hazchem compliant according to legislation; and completing daily vehicle inspection alongside keeping the vehicle maintained and clean at all times
  • Ensure that you comply with the rules of the road at all times
  • Excessive fuel consumption will be monitored accordingly
  • Trip schedules together with invoices and/or delivery notes must be completed by the customer and/or responsible person acknowledging receipt of goods
  • Ensure that management are advised in advance with regards to ongoing service requirements of vehicles
  • Ensure that the quantities stipulated on the warehouse picking slip and invoice are 100% prior to signing your acknowledgement
  • Trip schedules must be signed by the driver and Drivers to never leave loaded vehicles unattended

Salary:
Up to R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
