JOB CONTEXT:


As the Head of Product Delivery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our products, meeting, or exceeding client expectations.


This leadership position involves strategic decision-making to run the Product Delivery department effectively, while prioritizing client satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets.


The Head of Product Delivery role is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to shape the direction of our product delivery function and contributes to the overall success of our projects and client relationships.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Leadership**:

  • Lead and oversee the Product Delivery department, making strategic decisions to ensure the successful delivery of products.
  • Work closely with the Head of Engineering to align product delivery with technical capabilities and timelines.

2. Client Commitment**:

  • Live up to the commitments made to clients, ensuring that promises are fulfilled, and client expectations are met.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

3. Timely and Budgeted Delivery**:

  • Take ownership of project timelines and budgets, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within the agreedupon financial parameters.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies to achieve delivery excellence.

4. Client Happiness**:

  • Measure and prioritize client happiness, actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements based on client satisfaction surveys.
  • Implement strategies to exceed client expectations in terms of product quality and service delivery.

5. Departmental Autonomy**:

  • Decide and implement how the Product Delivery department is run, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to align product delivery strategies with overall business objectives.

6. Team Development**:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a highperforming Product Delivery team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to ensure seamless coordination between engineering and product delivery teams.

7. Quality Assurance**:

  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee that delivered products meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

8. Continuous Improvement**:

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and proactively seek ways to enhance delivery efficiency.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within product delivery or project management.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and project management principles.

PACKAGE & REMUNERATION:
