  • Assist with telephonic IT support

  • Assign tickets to support agents
  • Escalate incidents & priority support
  • Help enforce policies and procedures
  • Setup & assist with Video conferences and boardroom equipment
  • Monitor, remind & assist IT support agents to follow up on calls
  • Log support calls with suppliers and follow up

  • Place and follow up on orders
  • Ensuring orders and approvals are collated
  • Stock control & ensuring remotely delivered stock is captured
  • Issue and collect IT assets from users
  • Setup and manage meetings

Qualifications:

  • 3 Years + Industry Experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with customers and technicians
  • Previous experience working with ticketing systems
  • Organised and able multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical staff
  • Analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Able to work in a teamoriented, collaborative and fastpaced environment
