QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / years of experience
  • Experience as IT team or project lead
  • Agile working methods

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Planning ability (business and financial)
  • Competence in problem solving
  • Competence in the conception of a product up to the definition and evaluation of requirements at user story level
  • Strategic understanding for the development of a product vision and roadmap for
IT Network Configuration Management and Automation solutions

  • Agile mindset and knowhow (of agile processes and principles)
  • Decisionmaking ability for prioritization
  • Know-How in stateoftheart IT automation and orchestration tools
  • Competence in software architecture design and requirements gathering
  • Management, stakeholder and escalation competence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Data modelling & reporting
  • Programming (Python)
  • Enterprise IT networks and Network management tools & methods

ROLE:

  • Functional lead for a multidisciplinary team responsible for global monitoring and automation of the IT network
  • Continuous strategic sync with Product Owner
  • Stakeholder management
  • Responsibility for strategic planning, development of a sub product vision
  • Financial planning for the sub product
  • Structuring and prioritization of the sub product backlog
  • Responsibility for data quality, availability and compliance of the solutions offered by the subproduct
  • Acceptance of user story results
  • Analysis and evaluation of new solutions and technologies
