B.4 OTHER FUNCTIONS

Commercial Duties:

  • Allocation of all clients report requests to Commercial Reporters daily
  • Logging and tracking of all clients report requests on Commercial systems
  • Regular feedback to clients on the status of their requests
  • Research of Commercial Reports, Bank Codes and Trade Refs
  • Daily management and maintenance of the Commercial Service Desk within the agreed departmental and clients SLA
  • Handling, logging, escalation, and resolving of all departmental and external client data queries and disputes within the agreed SLA
  • Process accurate monthly Billing on clients report requests and reporting to Team Leader and Finance Team
  • Data Capturing and processing of daytoday Commercial admin.
  • Ensuring that all Admin and clients daily/weekly/monthly reports are sent out timeously.
  • Meeting daily and monthly performance targets as communicated in the department.
  • Be accountable in the execution of your duties.
  • Effectively use all the available system resources
  • Take responsibility for your personal development and growth.
  • Maintain good communication channels with internal staff and external clients.
  • Speed and accuracy completing activities on the Commercial Admin systems.
  • Be on time and prepared for meetings.
  • Ensure that you provide early enough feedback to issues experienced to the Team Leader

  • Effectively providing a service for clients and colleagues
