Being 100% accurate when assessing
Required to provide feedback on coaching opportunities
Minimum requirements
95% + attendance over the last year
A clear disciplinary record with no warnings
Minimum 3 months service with the company to new ways of working
Applicants must have a determined and positive attitude with a commitment to business improvement
Good general PC literacy
Good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
The ability to plan and prioritize
Calm under pressure
Decision making ability
Accuracy with record keeping qualities
