Job Summary
This position oversees the processing of outbound parcels at the company's package center facilities. He/She conducts pre-operation checks, manages sorting, loading and dispatch operations, and performs post-operation functions. He/She supervises Part-Time Supervisors, Administrative staff, and Hourly employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes and ensures outbound packages are processed, loaded, and leave the building on time.
  • Accountable for overall results relating to Service, Production and Visibility elements.
  • Oversee and is accountable for Export Operations performance, and manages relationships with Airliners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerBI and Outlook
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 7 days per week
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced Knowledge of Courier Dispatch, On Road Monitoring, Debrief procedures a must.
  • Strong Industry knowledge and exposure to Export operations and related regulatory requirements.
