Staff Management:
  • Supervise factory personnel on a daily basis.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Communicate with management regarding staff-related matters and resolve grievances.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution.
  • Ensure employees utilize appropriate PPE and adhere to safe working practices.
  • Maintain records of timekeeping and manage leave.
  • Identify misuse of sick leave and absenteeism, escalating disciplinary actions to management as necessary.
  • Recognize underperformance and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity.
