Education Requirements

  • Must have good command and understanding of the English language
  • Must have catering experience
  • Must understand quality control, production, control of client and staff
  • Must have the excellent interpersonal skills and communication
  • Must have experience in providing high end quality in customer service and product to prestigious clients and be able to solve problems on hand
  • Flexibility to work any shifts without notice

Main Duties:

  • Leading, motivating, developing, and directing the team to maximize efficient customer service
  • Creating an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognized
  • To ensure that all staff are performance managed to quality set objectives
  • Compiling monthly stock stakes
  • Overseeing the ordering of all food and consumables
  • Ensuring all health and safety and food legislations are adhered to
  • To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
  • Daily handling of staff issues, leave forms, sick leave and all administrative duties including Rosters
  • Knowledge about nutrition in different foods
  • Ability to take and understand orders implicitly.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Should be a team player and coordinate with the kitchen team
  • Should be physically fit & strong
